We have proposed a project, at this year's MT Marathon in Edinburgh, which
is to attempt to replace the Moses training pipeline with a composable
implementation based on Arrows:

A Python library has been developed so that the project can get off to a
flying start. Moreover, people interested in the project can get a view of
the infrastructure that will be used and become familiar with the
concepts. It is available on Github:
