We would like to inform that the deadline for submissions for the
Workshop on Human-Machine Interaction in Translation, collocated with
the 2nd International Conference on Translation and Interpreting Studies
"Translata II: Translation in Theory and Practice" has been EXTENDED TO
JULY 13. The conference will be held from 30 October to 1 November 2014
at the University of Innsbruck (Austria).
KEY TOPICS:
- human-aided machine translation
- machine-aided human translation/computer-aided translation (also with
regard to literary and multi-media texts)
- pre-editing (of machine translated text)
- post-editing (of machine translated text)
- machine learning based on human input
The workshop is divided into five components:
- Opening presentations by hosting university
- Presentations by scientific contributors
- Presentations by technology providers
- Tool demonstrations (open session)
- Synthesis and discussion of results
