The MT group at the University of Edinburgh is recruiting up to 5
researchers to work on a variety of EU and EPSRC funded projects. We are
particularly interested in the following areas:
- making translation significantly more robust in environments with
limited training data
- speeding up training and decoding with large machine translation models
- extracting parallel corpora from web crawled data
- working on translation directly from spoken language
The positions can be filled at either pre- or post- PhD level.
