Dear all, We're happy to share the call for papers for our upcoming EAMT2024 workshop on "Creative text translation and technology" which will take place on 27 June in Sheffield, UK.
The workshop is intended to provide a platform for discussion and research around CAT and MT technologies in creative domains. We therefore encourage topics such as: * CAT/MT in marketing * CAT/MT of literary works, including poetry and prose * CAT/MT in audiovisual translation * CAT/MT in subtitling * CAT/MT in multilingual content creation * resources (models, datasets, tools) for multilingual (or even parallel) creative-text translation * user studies on creative-text CAT/MT * limitations of current language technology in creative domains Translation trainers and students are welcome to submit their work and findings on translation technologies for creative use-cases.
