Not your doing Tim (you put the 'mecca' in meccanics). Basically my pedal stripped out the threads on l/hand crank right on mich moor(not even tin foil and cable ties kept it together!) Not sure about repairing it as it does not have an insert like the saint crank so it may have to be helicoil if you get them that big?
Go easy on the new starter!!?? Cant remeber that sort of treatment for me :) Who is it? --- Tim Carpenter <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > What happened to the pedal (frantically wonders if I > knacked it taking them > off last wednesday?) > New boy out this wednesday so a leisurely spin > around Hepplewhitefield > maybe, nothing too daft. > > Tim > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Marc Fox" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Mountain Biking in the North East of the UK" > <[email protected]> > Sent: Monday, January 09, 2006 1:58 PM > Subject: Re: [mtbne-l] this weekend > > > >I would find it easy to be critical about coneptual > > art mainly cos that sort stuff is born out of the > > artists strive to make something that grabs > peoples > > attention and creates headline.
