lots of nice easy coastal paths along the coast Jusat south of there (Beadnell area) there. However most are on National Trust land and therefore Cheeky with a capital CHEEK. Chris Mearns is you man for that area, he's up there a lot at the Caravan at this time of year. Lucky bloke!
