That'll be Andy taking care of his bandwidth. It's his servers that all our 
bullshit goes though so while 400k to you may not seem huge its still pretty 
big when you think of the number of people still lurking around on the list. If 
you want to send stuff out just do it striaght to peoples emails or put a link 
up on the list.
