I just finished cleaning up the warnings in the stats php script.
There is one warning I don't know how to fix:

For aesthetic reasons, I'd be in favor of moving reporter.php
back to
index.php and putting in a redirect file from reporter.php back to
index.php (or, more specifically, back to .).
