[MTT devel] GSOC apps now open

Google Summer of Code applications are now open.  We have until Friday  
to post one.

I may have time to put an application together, but I'll need some  
help proofing/finalizing it before it gets submitted.  If I put it  
together, will one or more of you help me finish it?
