I have committed the updates to bring the Python client operational. This includes confirmed support for:
* committing results to the MTT database hosted on Amazon * downloading and building libevent, hwloc, PMIx, and PRRTE * executing tests against PRRTE using the OMPI test repo. Tests executed this way are shown in the MTT Reporter with "MPI Name" of PRRTE (tagged with the branch/PR) and "MPI Version" of the OMPI version used * cloning and building PRs and branches from GitHub repos The example INI files for exercising this are in the PMIx tests repo at https://github.com/pmix/pmix-tests/intel.
