[MTT users] send post request to https://www.open-mpi.org:443/mtt/submit/ result in error "MTT client version not specified."

Hi all,

I am new to mtt.
I am sending post request to https://www.open-mpi.org/mtt/submit/ with
username and password in the head, it reports error "MTT client version not
specified."

I also tried https://www.open-mpi.org:443/mtt/submit/, the result is the
same.

Could anyone help me?
