I am using mbsync with the PassCmd which runs a Python script to read pwds for several accounts from a plain text file with restricted credentials.
I wish to discuss a better way of accessing Passwords from a PGP-encrypted file without having to provide the key over and over again via stdin. Now if I store the key separately/locally so that the Python script picks it up automatically say, then what good is that? Is this the promoted method for accessing encrypted pwds with mbsync?
