I'm not sure If I understand correctly what you mean but I'm using simply
mml-secure-sign in compose hook:
(add-hook 'mu4e-compose-mode-hook
(defun my-do-compose-stuff ()
"My settings for message composition."
(flyspell-mode)
(mml-secure-sign)))
When decrypting, mu4e automagically integrate with gpg-agent.
I have all identities in single gpg key so don't know how about multiple
accounts.
