Well, i originally tried using that function, but it doesn't seem to do
what i need: if i call e.g.

   (mu4e~compose-browse-url-mail
   "mailto:[email protected]?Subject=Test%20message";)

then the result is a new message that looks like this:

    From: Alexis <[email protected]>
    Subject:
--text follows this line--To: [email protected]

whereas calling my function on that same URI creates a new message that looks
like this:

    To: [email protected]
    Subject: Test message
    Cc:
    Bcc:
    From: Alexis <[email protected]>
    --text follows this line--

as i require.

(And in any case, i noted that `mu4e~compose-browse-url-mail` is
primarily intended for internal use by mu4e, as indicated by the tilde.)

Alexis.
