When I reply-all to an email, my set value for user-mail-address is not
removed from CC:,

From: A
To: me spelled "J K <[email protected]"
CC: B, C

Select R, (a)ll:

To: A
CC: me, C, B

I would prefer that my address (with any full name variation) always be
removed when setting up the message buffer.

(setq user-full-name "J K")
(setq user-mail-address "[email protected]")

What is the current expected behavior with this configuration? Does it
matter that user-mail-address does not contain full-name information?

I would also like to customize the behavior of replying to my own sent
messages in-thread, to continue the original To: recipient instead of
myself as To:. Is this possible?

Thanks,
Jeff
