Hi Dirk, That's totally understandable. Time is hard to come by. In any case if I manage to find some time myself, read and understand the code a bit better and try to make up something that kind of works for org-mode and mu4e would it be okay with you? Can't promise anything of course but the reason I sent the initial email was to see if anything was already on the works so that I don't do things in vain.
