Bug description:
If you enter trigger text into 'add to list' and click save before hitting
enter, the text is discarded. Perhaps a warning or automatic add to list here.
The same is also true if you click an entry in the regex list to modify it,
change it, then click save.
The act of someone clicking save clearly indicates they want to keep the
changes.
