This can be handled by a simple replacement trigger that plays a sound
or does whatever reaction the user likes. It doesnt make sense to make
this a built in feature for various reasons. However, as Avalon makes
heavy use of this, I'll add a bell filter to the standard avalon
profile.

Status in Mudlet the MUD client: Fix Released

Bug description:
Receiving the bell charachter (\a) could be understood by Mudlet. This may be
used by MUDs to "wake-up" another player.

The user should be able to choose how the client responds to it. I quite like
the way KDE Konsole handles it, you can choose:
[ ] - System Bell
[ ] - System Notification
[x] - Visible Bell
[ ] - None

Some emit sound, others don't. Some put an bell-icon besinde the session-tab,
others flash the task-tray.
