Composer not useable without mouse

Bug description:
In the (ATCP) Composer window the 'cancel' and 'save' buttons are not
reachable without using the mouse.
TAB stays in the editor window (as it probably should) and there are
no obvious ALT+<key> shortcuts.
This will cause a problem for visually impaired users.
