Finished, 1&3 are fixed. 2 doesn't seem to be exhibited anymore, and I
think that was fixed earlier.

Bug description:
I'm using the latest snapshot from the git repository, rev 24bbfa4,
running on Ubuntu Linux 11.04.
- download this xml file: https://gist.github.com/1078280 (it's a simple
timer that echoes Hello World every second)
- click on Package Manager
- click on Install, choose this file
1st bug found: this timer will be imported, but its parent is disabled.
2nd bug found: if you enable its parent, it enters an infinite loop (I think
because its parent has 0 as time interval, but it can't be set in the xml file)
3rd bug found: after stopping all the triggers/timers and uninstalling the
package, the timer will continue firing.
