Bug description:
This bug was reported within Debian at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=626404
The root problem is that the lua file GeyserSetConstraints.lua does not work
correctly with locales and therefore doesn't load. This means the subsequent
lua files don't get loaded. There is some locale handling already in this file,
it probable just needs a tweak.
The bug was reported against 2.0 rc4 but I suspect it will be there
for most versions, including rc5.
