main input loses focus when you click in a miniconsole, alt tab, and
switch back

Fix Released
Bug description:
the miniconsole currently gains focus whenever you alt tab back into
mudlet
to recreate:
click in any miniconsole window
alt+tab to another window
alt+tab back
the main input will have now lost focus
