move reconnect button to the left

Bug description:
useability: By accident I just discovered the reconnect button. As it is
placed rather to the right it was wrapped into the lines of buttons that are
not displayed.
It should be the leftmost or nearly the leftmost, because it is there to be
accessed quickly and easily.
ps: Also I want to add that I would prefer to be able to reconnect by
typing "str-r" (like kmuddy) or with a dialog (like kildclient) as
this is much faster. If there is already a keystroke for this and I
missed it, it could be advocated in the output window.
