It's not something that can be fixed, because the USB keypad itself sends inappropate commands (I've got a targus one as well).

When the keypad's numlock is off, home/pgup/end/pgdn all work, but the arrows act as arrows (even when bound) - they work the input text history, or in the case of left right, move the cursor in the input text box. I would like to see the keypad work in numlock mode, with any key possible of being bound. Numlock off shouldn't change behavior. See IRE's NEXUS client - it just works intuitively with this keypad (but nexus sucks for other reasons!).
