Download map button does nothing if the map isn't open
Status in Mudlet the MUD client:

Bug description:
Download map button does nothing if the map isn't open, and this
behavior is not intuitive.
Possible solutions are:
- either give a notification in the dialog that a map needs to be open first
- or open the map and download it right away.
I'm learning towards the second solution because it's the most
convenient - the first would force people to close the dialog, open
the map, open the dialog again.
