Public bug reported:

I have a miniconsole with bgcolor set to something else than black (say, to 
rgb(10, 15, 20)).
echo to that miniconsole prints text just fine, text appears on proper 
background.
However, using cecho makes background of echoed letters BLACK and since you can 
only set bg color in cecho using string names, it is impossible to use 
workaround by explicitly providing bg color.
