using decho I can do a workaround, by why assume bg color (if not given) as black instead of what echo does - take actual bg color of a console?

However, using cecho makes background of echoed letters BLACK and since you can only set bg color in cecho using string names, it is impossible to use workaround by explicitly providing bg color.
