You could use fg + echo in combination if you'd like to keep the fg
color, or add a color to the color_table with your custom rgb values to
make it work.

Title:
Cecho does not respect background color

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I have a miniconsole with bgcolor set to something else than black (say, to
rgb(10, 15, 20)).
echo to that miniconsole prints text just fine, text appears on proper
background.
However, using cecho makes background of echoed letters BLACK and since you
can only set bg color in cecho using string names, it is impossible to use
workaround by explicitly providing bg color.

  Mudlet: 2.0
  OS: Win 7
