Public bug reported:

decho and hecho do not maintain setUnderline, setBold, or setItalics. For
instance,
function showBug()
  setUnderline(true)
  setItalics(true)
  setBold(true)
  hecho("|cFF0000,FFFFFFPlain!")
  echo(" Still plain")
  resetFormat()
end

echoes the first bit red on white, no underline, bold, or italics, and
the second bit normal... but again, no underline, bold, or italics.
decho is the same way.

** Affects: mudlet
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
