Yes, the exit option that "Saves" any changes only allows an exit stub to set if there is NOT a valid exit room ID and the check box for a stub IS set - but I'm going to review and incorporate Heiko's update before I do anything else.

However, if a user uses the Mapper window GUI (via right-click->exits), the exit stubs are not correctly removed. Ideally, the Mapper GUI would honor the setExit() behavior as there is no GUI-accessible way to remove exit stubs otherwise short of deleting the room.
