"content" debug echo needs to be removed

Bug description:
ctelnet.cpp line 814, "qDebug() << "content: " << command.substr(3,
command.size() - 5).c_str();" needs to be taken out as it is pretty
spammy and it was only put in place to debug the GMCP issue.
