See http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4598&p=21661#p21659, a
game which supports both MSDP and GMCP is preferring MSDP by default now
that support has been added for it in 3.0.0-alpha. There is no way to
turn MSDP support off, so all clients on that game reliant on GMCP are
broken.
We should add a toggle for MSDP as there is one for GMCP.
