Fallback ./ is present now in release_30 and development.
Will add /usr/local/share/hunspell if needed, though typically
maintainers just patch for whatever they need.

Bug description:
Currently, the Linux path in Mudlet only looks in /usr/share/hunspell
for the hunspell dictionary.
When building the generic Linux installer, this isn't enough, as the
installer needs to be self-sufficient. Mudlet should be able to fall
back to ./ if the dictionary at /usr/share/hunspell is not present.
