Reds, I have tried to download the goals from Basle from the UEFA site but although the download seems to come through, I only get the commentary and a few stills. Anyone else experience the same problem or is my version of Real Player (6.0) in need of an update?
Great to see us winning 5 of the last 6 matches. The real test is Saturday and if we win that (especially with such a depleted squad) I'll stick my neck out and say we could be on for a trophy or two ... or three .... or if we continue like this in the Worthless Cup .... dare I say four. We have not really buried a side yet domestically but with West Ham, Blackburn and Brum coming up in the next few weeks, who knows? Dominating a side from the start would not only boost our poor goal difference, it would save the palpitations. And Terry's cat :-) I'd like to see Veron dropped so Quinton can keep his place. He may not have the flair but he's a battler and deserves a run in the side. The Ginger Prince is on top form and Ole has been very effective in Becks position. Maybe Ryan also deserves a rest after the Arse game. His form has been patchy of late and a couple of weeks in the sun in mid December may do him a power of good. Of course SAF will probably decide something completely different and prove why he is the greatest club boss ever.
