I remember his first few games for us and the speed of his passing was awe
inspiring, the problem was that our lads couldn't control them (most would
trap or control the ball further then Heskey could boot it)! But I think
recently the players are finally getting used to the pace and power behind
the passes which when received proper like, leave the opposition totally
lost (and 10 yards off). Scholes especially looks like he's been working on
this and a lot of Veron's "wayward" looking passes aren't as bad as they
initially look. And no I'm not talking about his passes straight to the
opposition here! And nope I don't expect anyone to eat humble pie either -
just get behind the lads, there's enough fair weather fans out there without
having to read it week in week out on here. This is the one place I'd expect
to hear/read differing opinions on our team without the player slagging that
goes on in pubs up and down the country amongst opposing club's fans.
Critical analysis is one thing but absolute slagging is just complete
bollix.

Cheers,
and for Christ's sake everybody enjoy the resurrection! ouuuuerrrrr
