I have to say that was an absolute pleasure to watch, but I also have to admit how nervous I was getting after our first goal, as there was a stretch of play where we couldn't even get a hold of the ball. I brought back flashbacks of their 2 goal come-back victory against us at the Riazor. Fortunately, our back line was fu***** brilliant!!!

The lads continue to impress, starting from the backline (which looked really solid), and the pairing of Veron and Phil again performed well in the middle. Veron has shown that his performance in Europe so far is not one-off. And RVN....what more to say about him...another brace from him and he already broke our European scoring record in just 1.5 season! > > All in all, it has been wonderful for the past weeks......we just have to be careful that we dont repeat the tragedy last season. I still remembered that we performed well in mid-season to regain the top spot sometime in January, but started to lose the lead soon enough. > > So...the lads have proven to us they still have hunger for the big games against Pool, Arse and Deportivo.
