As has been pointed out, my turn of phrase in my recent posts might have been somewhat ill-advised considering the recent anniversary of the Munich disaster.
I apologise to anyone who thought I was in some way referencing that disaster with my comments, and I didn't mean to cause any bad-feeling of that type. I was actually alluding to my own previous comments of our tactics being like "a car with a loose wheel" which no-one is willing to address whilst it's running fine. I was thus refering to the wheel finally coming off said car in the derby. However I'd like to say that Pete's comments were in very poor taste also. He has asked for me to be banned before because he doesn't like the points I raise, but to deliberately misinterpret my comments and hold up the deaths of all those players in an attempt to sway opinion against me is really low.
