Larssons record does indeed include all Euro competitions. I don't have the breakdown of his goals to hand.
I have a feeling Del Piero may be the record holder for Champions League goals, but one record I do know about is: The scoring record in the Champions' Cup is held by Alfredo di Stfano, who scored 49 goals from 58 matches for Real Madrid. Second is Eusbio, who scored 47 for Benfica. --- euro68red99 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: --------------------------------- > The Swedish striker equalled the British record of 30 > goals for a single > club in European competition held by Peter Lorimer and > Ian Rush . Is this an indication of goals scored in ANY European competition - Champion's Cup, UEFA Cup, the old Friar's Cup, etc? It's no great feat if Larsson scored a rake of his goals in the UEFA Cup, where the competition is of a far inferior level to the Champion's League.
