As a born-and rared New Yorker I was treated to some fabulous European stars in the 70's-era NASL. But Chinaglia was one exception. Sure, he scored alot of goals for the Cosmos, but the vast majority were poachers goals - he always stood just onside (and in those days, especially in the US, defenders used to tow their end-lines) and tapped in a deflection or headed a cross. He did little running, and was a pompous prick when it came to mingling with the crowds-too important to sign autographs. Nice to know he's still the same 'legend-in-his-own-mind' bollox he always was. -Pete ------------------------ Yahoo!
