It's the same thing year in year out though. For sure no player is above criticism & there have been quite a few constructive comments. Pre-1999 this list was full of praise & constructive comments about our team, when they played good or bad. Now, it is quite different as my comments below illustrate.
Some tosser (and yes it is time to get tough on these lurkers/serial critics) yesterday said a comment to the effect "Ronaldo will fall more than Ruud". 1 - this is unfair to Ronaldo, he's only 18, after moving from a different country for a sizeable fee, he needs time and 2 - It was a total insult to Ruud, who surely even after only 2 seasons must rank up with the greatest goalscorers ever seen at Old Trafford? I think only one other person has said this but I don't think Tim missed the late corner? His run to the ball was clearly impeded. I would not shoot down tim for that, I'd credit their striker because if one of our lads blocked an outrushing keeper & it led to us scoring we'd be delighted. -----Original Message----- From: fanxb2eric Having a moan at Djemba for giving up possession cheaply or at Tim for missing that late corner is acceptable and understandable.
