I somewhat disagree Paul. I believe that Ed does have good intentions - I've yet to be shown proof that he is a scouse supporter or anything else - but I think its the manner in which he argues that is problematic and becomes a nuisance to everyone on this list. He's somewhat defensive and will go out of his way to prove his point, even if it means posting 1000 messages a day. As I stated in my previous email, he just needs to let certain arguments fold without having to defend his statements to the hill.
I understand your concerns about sdebank and the fact that we United supporters are not allowed to be on the lfc list - not quite sure about any other - but why would you want to be on another team's list unless you of course support that other team? To be quite honest Paul, I somewhat like reading sdebank's posts, he has this somewhat dry, yet sharp wit that I enjoy having a good laugh about. And I think he is by far more intelligent than most pool fans out there, so it's good having decent, constructive debates with him once in a while about the game we all love. -----Original Message----- From: Browne, Paul [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 10 September 2003 12:12 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: [Mufc] A question? Why is Ed, a Manchester United supporter who wears his heart on his sleeve and causes uproar with his sometimes contraversial comments, albeit with good intentions sometimes threatened with expulsion from this list, whereas at the same time we allow sdebank to take the piss at will? A scouser is allowed here, to say wotever, whereas United fans speaking their mind are sometimes not? I'm confused..i tried gettin into the lfc list and couldn't...........sdebank is allowed here??????????? ------------------------ Yahoo!
