I don't think it's anything to do with Chelsea Berni. There has been some terrible disharmony in the Dutch camp for the past 2 weeks. Ruud & Van Bommell have been involved in a running battle with Edgar Davids which saw MVB & Davids fighting & Ruud jumping in to help him.
Some of the reports suggest also that the tensions in the Dutch camp are racially motivated. Now I know you cannot believe the press but reports in the Sunday papers said Kluivert, Davids, Reizeger & other "Black" (I'm sorry to be even mentioning this but this is how it was reported) players had become distant from white players within the squad. Advocaat had a showdown meeting with the players in a Dutch hotel last week but it was reported that no problems were solved. Personally I think it is sad as they have some of the finest players in world football, but problems always plague them. After reading the reports I had a few quid on the Czech's last night & happily for my pocket they won. So I think this might have something to do with Ruud's stance. I think it is nothing to do with club performances etc. One thing is for certain, you would never see the prolems that exist in the Dutch camp existing in Old Trafford. Alex Ferguson certainly has it nailed down that he & only he will decide who comes in & goes out the United door. -----Original Message----- From: Berni Li Subject: [Mufc] Ruud throws a wobbly! Just saw on BBC the highlights of Holland v Czech Republic and Ruud got subbed and went ballastic. He kicked some drinks bottle in the dug out an waved his arms about This is totally unlike him. Cue more rumours of him going to Chelsea as he wants more cash. DISCLAIMER: This message has been scanned by Norton Antivirus (using the latest definitions) for all known Viruses.
