This question was asked a few weeks ago.

Looking into the archives I can find:

Joe Spence age 31 - 4 v West Ham (h) 4-2 01 Feb 1930
Bill Rawlings age 32 - 3 v Burnley (h) 4-3 07 Apr 1928
Bill Rawlings age 33 - 3 v Middlesbrough (a) 3-2 14
Sep 1929
Stan Pearson age 33 - 3 v Derby County (a) 3-2 10 Sep
1952

Denis Law and Jack Rowley didn't beat the above,
but one man did....

On October 28th 2000, Teddy Sheringham netted 3
in a 5-0 win against Southampton at Old Trafford.
I made him 34 years and 6 months old.

The youngest hat-trick scorer for United in a League
game was Jack Rowley, who scored 4 against Swansea
Town in December 1937 aged 17 years 58 days.

Post-war, Andy Ritchie scored 3 against Leeds United
in March 1979 aged 18 years 118 days.
