Oh that's not fair John. Asking me to give an opinion AND give reasons :-) My opinion is based on a fairly unformulaic combination of quality of the football, quality of the players and the depth of the division in terms of competitiveness. On the back of it's strength in the last category over the other contenders (England, Italy, Germany perhaps) I would have to say the Spanish league.
