New Years Day 1989, United vs Liverpool. A poor match until 70 minutes when John Barnes scored, and within 7 minutes, United were 3-1 up !
A great Mark Hughes-esque volley by Brian McClair to equalise, which prompted the late great Brian Moore to comment, 'That could have almost been Mark Hughes himself.' One of my favourite MU vs Red Scouse matches and goals. --------------------------------- Want to chat instantly with your online friends?Get the FREE Yahoo!Messenger [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
