Technical Skill * Familiar with a combination of programming languages, such as HTML (2.0), PHP, CSS, Java, Flash, etc. * Familiar with web-based applications such as Joomla CMS * Liaising closely with customers and project management office staff and others at the design stage of websites and applications. * Produce attractive designs of the highest quality as per customer requirements, with a user-friendly, intuitive navigation system. * Ensure that material on websites and applications is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities/impairments. * Test websites and applications for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions. * Prioritize time according to deadlines and achieving scheduled dates for design tasks. * Solid knowledge and experience in graphic design and web development applications such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready, Adobe After Effect, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Freehand, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash.
