Mungkin ada dua hal : 1. file sp3 nya, gak lengkap downloadnya => coba download ulang aja, kalau bisa dari source yang berbeda
2. gak ada virus kan, karena ketika sp3 di extract kemungkinan infected by virus => coba install winrar, trus file sp3 di extract di flash disk atau dimana gitu,nanti setelah di extract, install nya tinggal pilih file "update...."
