Imho, kalo untuk database, mestinya awalnya ada di RDBMS dulu ya, sama halnya untuk developer dari ilmu Algoritma dulu..

D3 disasarkan sebagai pelaksana Disini banyak diajarkan praktek dasar-menengah D1/SMK disasarkan sebagai operator Disini banyak diajarkan ilmu praktis. Adalah wajar kalau skill lapangan (praktek) D3 lebih baik dari s1. Tapi dari sisi perancangan dan design system, helicopter viewnya belum tentu D3 lebih baik dari S1.
