Job Description - Generate Application Development Solution - Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements - Hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. - Works closely with customer to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. - Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. This resource type develops strategies to enhance revenues or services, reduce costs, manage risk and assists project teams plan and estimate projects, as well as regularly consulting on complex problems requiring obscure knowledge and advanced problem solving skills. - This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for both deliverables and projects. Qualification * Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Computer science * Fluent in speaking and writing in English * At least 3 years experience in software development & implementation experience * Capable of learning new technologies through self-study. * Strong track record in project management experience * Good communication and presentation skills * Creative, results oriented and able to work under pressure * Ability to work independently * Experience with source control tools. * Proven experience in .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET). * In-depth knowledge of database design and data normalization rules. * In-depth knowledge of sharepoint, SQL Server and other database such as Oracle is an advantage. .
