Did you do anything different? I just got a request to moderate an email called "Testing launchpad settings" from you. So why did your previous emails not come through at all, "Testing launchpad settings" arrived but required moderation before it went public, and "Testing email sending to launchpad" just went through without any questions asked?
Well ... it appears to be working now.
